Sawsall seems to be the only option I can see. Man, it's wedged back in there pretty good.
Originally it was in place, he un-did it to take a picture of the chair

I could not see ********t from the photos nor did I understand his lack of punctuation posting. What’s happened?

He opened the roof with a folding chair on the top shelf of the trunk and his roof would not complete the opening cycle.
Daryl and Paul suggested he perform the manual roof operation, which I think is the correct course of action.

Sorry, late to the party. Welcome to the forum Will777.

I agree with following the manual closing procedure spelled out in the owners manual. That also was the first thing I thought of. I don't see any reason why that shouldn't work. Good call guys.

I was just looking at the pics again and the following occurred to me

the roof is not all the way down in the trunk
the package tray is up
and you managed to close the trunk then reopen the trunk the “normal way” or did you release the trunk hinges?

with that said, I personally think you and another person, one on each side, could gently lift the roof enough to remove the chair. That might be a third person.

What’s happened is beyond my imagination. How did the chair get in there? Where was it initially? How did he open the roof if the cover not in place? If the cover in place how did the chair get trapped? Weird!

Default All's well that ends well. TYVM

I want to thank you all very much. Indeed the manual lift up worked two people actually two of us pulled the green loop out and then manually evenly and equally lifted up the top and then I pulled out on the back window very carefully and evenly and it immediately created enough space to pull the chair out what's the roof was manually lifted to about 3/4 position. At that point the open close toggle didn't operate as it hadn't so I did the reset simply by pulling the battery terminals off, put them back on and it works perfect now. Indeed, a reminder for y'all to not put anything on the top shelf because that's exactly what happened, the the top pushed that chair against the wall and then it it was wedged.
i am pleased and amazed and enthusiastic by all the support and suggestions and just camaraderie within this group. It's very refreshing, even an offer from someone who lives by me to come out and do it with me.

YEAHHHH! I hate to see any of our cars in distress. LOL. And my intimancy with the top of my own vehicle made it so that I was able to solve and learn about how they work. And I did it with the very same assistance from great fellow forum members. It's nice to be able to say that I am a part of this group. BUT the moderators are the key to a successful forum and we have some good ones. Thanks to them all.

That's great to see Will777! Any damage to the top or the paint?

I've been here a long while through many different Lexus....there's plenty of nice, enthusiastic people here.

It's definitely worth sticking around...don't be a stranger!
