Hello - I am in search of a repair manual for my 2003 SC430 which I purchased in 2012 with 40k miles. It is now nearing 100k and want to fix things if/when they break down and/or learn how my car functions. I've searched for Chilton and Haynes but they do not carry this specific model (unless I missed something in the search). Any help greatly appreciated.

I found my factory shop manuals for my 2008 SC new on Ebay, a five book set, for around $500. You may find a cheaper price if you find someone selling a used set. I was shocked at the cost, but these prices are not uncommon these days. The shop manuals for my son's Subaru Impreza were $700 for a seven book set (we passed)!

There are some websites where you can access the shop manuals on line, but they aren't cheap either. Many independent shops use these "subscription services." For a yearly fee, you can access the manuals for all makes/models. Good luck finding what you need.

Just ordered the two volume Lexus 2005 SC430 Repair Manual. Between that and this forum, should be able to tackle just about anything.

I still have the official Toyota Repair manual for a 1986 Celica. Best repair manual I've ever had and thinking this new manual will be just as helpful.

i just sold my old 2003 manuals to guy on here for $100. They were in decent used shape.

Look for 2002-2005 manuals, they only minor differences. The 2006-2010 manuals will work too but they usually cost more and there are certainly more differences.
you should also look for the wiring manual which is inexpensive.
