Working through some small issues on my newly purchased 2006 SC. I have noticed that the power antenna is sticking when I turn the radio on and does not extend all the way. Could anyone share their experience on cleaning the antenna and is there a lube I should apply for the long term. Thanks.

The antennae moves up & down depend on the frequency of the station, so don't try to extend it all the way.

Dennis, try moving to different station to see if your antena is working. I don’t listen to radio but I know digitatc is correct.

Not an issue for me my antenna works great I just did not know that fact. I do not listen to the radio however my antenna goes up every time I drive the radio because I use a FM Modulator to stream my music from my Iphone into the audio system. I get into the car start it up and I hear "waiting to pair" then I hear successfully paired and I hit the play button and off I go.
