Wait a minute
Am I understanding this correctly? There was an
apparent accident and the dealer cannot find any
fault with owner maintenance. Lexus has some
Codes showing possible engineering issue and
consider buying back under the Lemon law on a car
15+ years old and now they changed their minds
in doing anything for the owner??
If this was my car, I would personally speak with an
attorney and seek damages for sure. The driver coukd
Have been seriously injured.
This is manufacture neglect in the worse
possible way.

It was definitely odd because when they called me up about reinspecting the car, they asked if the insurance inspector had a copy of the error codes since they weren't there according to the dealership.. Now on Friday they said they had everything they needed so in my mind the question is do they have those error codes and did they delete them to hide something.
