G-Man, it's working. Techstream at the Lexus dealer pointed to package tray motor and a position sensor. ( I bought a used tray motor on the bay) The tech CLEARED the codes and it's been working, so I hold my breath and don't dare take my finger off the button until everything is completed. I also don't put the roof up and down multiple times in a day just in case there's a over-heat sensor that was shutting me down.
I guess the short answer is: It works but I don't know...

They dont make cars like that anymore. Those lines are eternal. Packard knew what they were doing. AND it looks as good with the top down. The wide whitewalls are the pièce de résistance.
