After some research and talking with Lexus I believe this car is fairly close to being in the middle of the 2010 production run somewhere around the 151th give or take. The car was made on the 28th of April 2010. It's hard to pin down what the last made for the US market VIN number was. The oldest VIN I can verify is JTHFN2EY3A9021992 which is 177 later than the 2010 SC in question. The SC vin ending in 1992 was ordered in July 2010 which was the month Lexus stopped the SC 430 production and it went into first use on 3 Oct 2010. I did find an SC that was made earlier but sat on the lot until Nov of 2010
