I had the same problem ended up taking it to Lexus dealer replaced all emission parts except valve located under manifold problem solved But I
drove it with the hard to start problem for a year I would just not shut off engine when filling up cel was already on

What is the valve called? Maybe vacuum switching valve? Did they remove the manifold to replace it? Thanks for the reply!

Can you get your car scanned for codes? Most national chains do it for free. I think it is one of your sensors that is going bad. Maybe something like a crankshaft or camshaft sensor.
