What do you think I've been using in my LS400? I don't use it for music though. Just for phone, podcasts, youtube... Music, I use cd.

Get a FM modulator plug it into the power port in the center console tune to a blank FM station. No wires nothing hanging out no doors open and every time you get into the car it will connect to your blue tooth device ie your phone by itself. I get in the car I hit the itunes app on my phone select an artist and I have sold tunes for the next 9 days.

FM modulator is fine where FM stations are not so busy. Here in Southern CA, there is no blank FM stations and interference is worst.
