Custom trunk subwoofer enclosure
I was surfing around yahoo japan and came across this:
https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/...search_suggest
It basically kills 100% of the trunk space, but still allows the top to function. Not my cup of tea, but so unique I had to share it.

Deng ! How much music you guys listen to? Is the OEM sub not enough? When stopping at red light next to the guy who has his music so loud that shaken my car at every beat of low notes, I always wonder how could he endure and if his eardrums already damage.

Garbage. Bet those coaxials sound great in the trunk. LOL Guess it is for popping the trunk open to tailgate or something. That setup is more of a waste of trunk space than anything.
I'm more interested to see what room is available where the factory 10" is on the back wall. Is there room to open the hole up to 12"? I'm yet to explore that area of the car. But if there is, running an Infinite Baffle 12" would be a great solution.

I wouldn't buy it, but it's nice to see someone is selling a custom enclosure for our cars and the work looks nice.
I have an IB 12", I went a little overboard and got a huge one and ended up having to lose the cargo shade and trim some things. You might be able to fit a 12 a little less beefy than mine, you could definitely fit a 10"

Install is under way... Let me caution anyone thinking of doing this to get a smaller subwoofer, lol.
While this does technically fit, it's going to require some custom work to hide it and make the rear trunk cover fit. The problem is actually around the diameter of the subwoofer, there are very thick supports that don't allow the original trunk cover to sit flush. Also the magnet is enormous and won't clear the liner. Also a little shaving of the seat foam in the center to allow for the movement of the sub. I'm going to have them move the box that's right right in front of it a few inches back, I'm not sure if it's necessary, but I feel like having a giant magnet near that isn't a great idea for the electronics inside.
I think a 10" would be a much easier install, but a smaller 12" is probably doable too.

I have since ditched part of the "cover" and redid it a little.
