This diatribe is quite the joke.

The stated cost ranges have greatest granularity concentrated below $500. Hence, an implied desire to focus on improvements in the under $500 range. Suggesting mostly things in the >$500 range would ignore the majority of the desired price ranges.
Main interests in improvements to suspension and reduced cowl shake would mean suspension refresh/rebuild to improve handling. A suspension rebuild or upgrade will run far more than $500, probably $2000 at bare minimum for all four corners. Cowl shake means stiffening the chassis to have less flex. That means uprated bracing, like TOMs, under the chassis and possibly strut towers. Again, it's beyond $500.

I simply attempted to explain why there isn't a huge outpouring of useful and interesting suggestions. It's not a personal attack or judgement about the OP, but an explanation as to why there is a tepid response.

Good to know. I’ve started a couple new threads with content that may have been better included on old threads. I’ll consider bumping in the future. That always seemed a cleaner way to run a forum to me. I hate searching through umpteen threads on the same topic.

A newby should not complain about what he/she gets. Just relax and listen.

I'd suggest a bumper protector would be a useful low cost improvement

This is one I use on my 2007 car that as a Florida car only has rear plates. Less than $100, as I recall

This is a $200 black mesh grill I ordered off of eBay. Eventually these 5" amber driving/fog lights will be mounted in front of the grill. They turned out to be too large to mount flush in the grill as originally was my intent

This car also has the Injest air intake system and a Magnaflow exhaust system. Together they were about $1250, installed

SuperPro poly bushings have a grooved interior surface to help retain silicone grease and avoid the poly "squeak"

Yes, use only SuperPro for the rack, I dont think SuperPro make the poly bushing for this car 26mm & 13mm. If you upgrade the swaybars to the Aristo front (28.5mm) & ISF rear 17mm then you can get SuperPro bushing for those sizes.

Many thanks. They have an interesting looking double offset front strut bar to chassis option for the SC430 that they claim improves camber.

That 2Bumpers Duo looks great for the back of the car as long as licence plate isn't too recessed for it. And think I might go Bumper Thumper up front. The Bumper Thumper folks also have a cool looking magnetic door protector called Dingbats. Tho doesn't look like they'd stick on SC430 doors unfortunately.
