Rear Bumper Fit
Question for all that all willing to help me out.
Next time you are near your car, take a look at the rear bumper. Especially where it meets at the rear wheel well and the quarter panel and follow the gap along towards the back of the car. Take notice of the fit and the space between the rear quarter panel and the rear bumper. Check both sides if you can.
The reason I ask is that I recently had the bumper replaced and the new one has a very poor fit and I have found that this seems like it might be an issue for these cars. I have looked at several I have seen park in public as well as at least 6 new ones at dealers in my area, some are perfect and look good, others are out on one side and some even brand new cars are out amd are not flush with the tolerances not consistent throughout.
Let me know your findings...
Thanks very much..

Just took a look at the referenced area (both sides of my '02). I can't imagine it fitting any better than it does.
Had the car been clean, I'd have taken a pic for you, but I don't want to be embarrassed among all the finish fanatics on this board.
