The drivers seat belt is twsted

24 inches in 4 days! But if this is climate change I am all for it. The high hasnt been above 85 in a week.
BTW what plastic clip? The belt seems to be twisted below the latch where it goes to the floor anchor between the door and the seat

Hey Jim,
I just went through removing all my seat beats doing some speaker/matting work.
Those plastic clips are a PITA to pop off first time, use a plastic pry/trim tool and it'll pop right off with some muscle. Driver side one is much easier -- than the passenger side one, and 14MM bolt to unbolt it. -- Driver side on my 2008 didn't have any wires, but Passenger did, make sure to reconnect it before starting car up or Air Bag Light goes on -- from experience

There are clips that cover the seat belt that go to the bottom chasis of car (bottom of door frame) - If your seat belt is still able to pull out, just unscrew it, and yank it out all the way to untwist.
If you have to take off the panels, you'll have to remove the rear seats etc and then able to pop off the side rear panels.
