Dash trouble light above gas gage?

Dash trouble light above gas gage?
I own a 2003 SC 430, only for a year now. I'm 71 and heretofore my husband took care of my cars.
First, what should i do at this time, owned one year with 59000 miles, to ensure it's well serviced?
Immediate question, there is a light on my dash that looks like my car with what seem to be two sets of 3 lines emanating from the rear tail lights. This light is above the gas gage indicator. Can anyone tell me what it is telling me?
