Default How safe is it to blow out gas filler vent from gas inlet ? Probs w gasoline filling

Wife's SC430 is having problems filling the tank at the gas station.... I have tried it too and found its difficult to get the tank to fill unless I start and restart the the gas handle at the gas station.
I have read numerous threads and the consensus is to start by blowing out the air line backwards from the charcoal canister to the gas filler neck.... but, I have read that its VERY difficult to access it on the SC430
The easiest way is to blow compressed air from the gas filler neck vent towards the canister....but, is there a chance that at a higher pressure I could blow something out ?
A couple of guys on different sites have said they blew the air from the filler neck and it cleared the blockage....
Does anyone have any idea how safe this will be so I dont cause additional problems?

Don’t do it. I used to have same problem. Did not do anything, problem went away by itself. Pump at slower rate and tilt the nozzle upward.

Do you mean insert the nozzle upside down? She has had this problem for a long time and I am concerned this will lead to her overfilling the tank......

never overfill this model car…it may ruin the charcoal canister…a very expensive part.

there are a few threads on the subject…
