After getting a check engine light on my 2002 SC430 found out I needed to change one of my oxygen sensors. After picking up the car from the mechanic I found that my VSC and VSC off light were on. I Followed the directions and used a paper clip as my jumper wire.

Yes that paper clip tool has proven to be invaluable! Easier to use than plugging in your your OBD.
