Hot Air Out from Under Dash

Whether top is up or down the heat comes from the pedals area.wasn’t like that before the o2 sensor replacement. The guy said one of the sensors was located underneath the pedal area. Heat blows with temp on or off. Thanks

It sounds like the air only blows out the floor vents and it always hot regardless of any setting change you make on the HVAC control..
is that correct?

So I think I have solved the issue. I got a new exhaust set up and had them remove the 2 smaller catalytic converters that are right under our foot wells.

Haven't felt the hot air since then. I drove 2 hours today with the top down and make a few stops, so I turned the car on and off a few times. Still no hot air! I also noticed no hot air coming out from the radio area.

I believe the problem is the cats get so hot you can feel it in the car.
