WTF is up with Lexus Drivers

doobs
Yes you can delete and edit service history. I had plugged in the sons service twice thinking it did not take the first time. Then I discovered that it was there just not in order and went back and deleted the 2nd input. Hope that helps.

Same problem
Update:
Ok so after talking to Lexus again Tuesday the young lady said I needed the latest upgraded App. So I deleted my lexus App and went to the App store and downloaded the latest version. The app will now allow you to add a service HOWEVER it will not put in it in chronological order. It is there but you have to go find it. I tried it with some service my son had on his 2005 SC. It added it but it was not at the top nor was the 3 different services on the same day at the same service provider recorded together. When I added the service I used their pop down calendar to select the date of service so I am not sure what the deal is. I added it last night and went back this morning to check and it was still not in chronolological order. So I guess they still have some work to do.

This is not a new issue. I have been having problems with the Lexus app since they’ve changed it and actually before they changed it they told me it had something to do with the Apple phone etc. twice they’ve lost my service history of what I added. very disappointed they should put an app on, if it has issues, I’m tired of being a guinea pig spoke to them today same answer

you are able to add services that you perform or independent shops you might use you can put the information in and it’s a good way to track your maintenance. The only one that can see it is you the app used to work perfect till I started messing with it, you know to improve it and that usually means bugs were the guinea pigs. They change the app and have had problems with it since.

I was able to add a service item by using all caps.
have you ever noticed how all Lexus entered service items are all caps…I tried it and it worked.
then I tried to delete it and it won’t delete, LoL
but I was able to edit.
