WTF is up with Lexus Drivers
WTF is the problem with the Lexus Drivers webpage? Have been trying to load a "add service" update all day and keep getting the same message. We are having a problem with your request. So I thought oh I will use the app on my phone which I have done several times before. Get to the point of signing in and get the "need to verify your device" ok send me the 6 digit code so I can verify again. Now waiting 2 hours for the code which I am sure will be timed out by the time I get it. New Flash LEXUS get your S@#T together.

Had the same problem Tuesday. Tried with Chrome and Edge. Same issue. Just gave up, too frustrating. Don't think they want Owner performed service updates anymore.

I can log in without any problems, but it won't allow me to enter a service event.

Spoke with Lexus and they put me hold and spoke to tech team and she said they are looking into it. We will see how long that takes?

That's what I am afraid of. Did they delete the "add service" from the app on the phone? I cannot find it on the app page on my phone.

I did get a very nice e-mail yesterday indicating that they are working the issue and that they were sorry for the inconvenience.

9-15-2022 Tried again with Windows Edge and via Chrome on an Android cell phone. Still no good. Went through the whole service event add process and got the message "We are having trouble processing your request."

Update:
Ok so after talking to Lexus again Tuesday the young lady said I needed the latest upgraded App. So I deleted my lexus App and went to the App store and downloaded the latest version. The app will now allow you to add a service HOWEVER it will not put in it in chronological order. It is there but you have to go find it. I tried it with some service my son had on his 2005 SC. It added it but it was not at the top nor was the 3 different services on the same day at the same service provider recorded together. When I added the service I used their pop down calendar to select the date of service so I am not sure what the deal is. I added it last night and went back this morning to check and it was still not in chronolological order. So I guess they still have some work to do.

So I just went and checked my history.
I had the records of the three times that I tried to update the history but was told the action couldn't be completed in the history.
Have no idea if it's possible to remove the extras.
