Default SC 430 Firmware update

I have a 2005 SC430. The Maintenance screen on OEM Nav won't accept any year past 2022. eg for oil change, won't accept next change due date beyond 12/31/2022. Dealer unresponsive on availability of fix to address this.
Anybody know of a solution or update to address this issue?

Check the NAV disk year/version
there are newer options on eBay but Toyota discontinued updates a few years ago.
let’s face it, these are old cars ;-)

I have a 2005C430 I can’t go beyond 2022 either and you’re correct I think it is a firmware issue but there’s really no way to do it they didn’t write the code to go beyond 2022 and I am sure they can’t do anything

I ran into the same issue when I was setting up the maintenance schedule on my 2003 GS430. 2022 was it. So, back to CARFAX I guess

I just ran into the same issue....I updated the Nav software to the 2016 version and no change. Kind of weird to have an end date rather an empty null so you could keep it going past 2022.

I have the same year same car and same issue and I don’t think there’s any way to upgrade the firmware on it. I think it’s built-in and they didn’t code it for go beyond 2022 so the oil and maintenance and Calendar that used to work and birthdays that used to work don’t work anymore because they timed it that way too early. If you find a fix please post it I’d like to upgrade mine. I bought mine new I have 8500 miles on it. I only drive it when i can put the top down and living in the northeast has been raining like hell the whole past year so I didn’t get much driving in but every time I get in this car it’s like brand new to me and of course it looks brand new
