ABS TRC VSC Traction Control Skid Module location?
HiProblemall together) Brake light onSpeedometer and odometer do not workHard steering wheelWhat it is? Thanks
also location of the ABS TRC VSC Traction Control Skid Module??
Most of your problems could be because of a bad skid control ECU. The skid control ECU is located up under the driver's side dash, adjacent to the steering column and emergency brake lever.
I am assuming you are asking for the location because you intend to do the replacement. This skid control ECU controls all types of critical operations (braking, steering, etc.) I also see that an airbag sensor is plugged into this ECU. Part of the replacement involves the calibration of various devices. Have you done the needed diagnosis to determine that this ECU needs to be replaced? Do you have a Techstream to get codes? It looks like you need a Techstream to do the calibration. Because it is a safety-related component, you may want to seek the services of a good mechanic.
