What?! Low profile tires don’t lower the stance of the car at all. The wheel/tire combo is the same diameter, there is just more wheel and less tire.
Thats why higher profile fires are on 18s and lower profile fires in 20s. The wheel tire combo diameter for both is the same.
Yes, depends on wheel diameter....but not all vehicles compensate for it that way. Some do, some don't. And some sport-oriented models have lowered suspensions (right from the factory) that go along with the more-aggressive wheel options that can affect the ride height.

Youre just wrong. Every car I have ever seen with different wheel options preserves the same ride height. That’s the whole reason why sidewall height changes with wheel diameter.

Yes, I know it can affect the speedometer if not corrected....I've posted on that issue myself, many times (that's one reasons why speed campers allow about a 10-MPH leeway for speedometer error and other factors). But speedometer accuracy is not limited to ride height.
While I respect the fact that you have not seen one, there are some vehicles (not many) where ride-height does change with wheel size...but I don't have time to go through all the specs, hunt them out, and post them. Besides, it would take the thread too far off-topic....and I don't have all day to post...going to be meeting with a friend, later on, to lease a new Nissan Altima (that's what she wants). Saw 3 at a local dealership- 2 LX's and a Sport. The Sport front is a nice black chrome. also, the front has a different look in person vs. the pictures. Looks better, has the chrome top, a couple of lines, and then a black bar, looks to be 4-5 inches thick where a front plate could be.The sensor is under that. The interior is nice, but I did notice what seemed to be a rather high step in over the door sill which seemed quite thick. Also an issue when getting out, where the back of my leg would rub against the door sill. I am 6', so this may definitely be an issue for those of shorter stature.
You usually do for what I would consider a comfortable ride...though I'll admit that the Lincoln MKZ doesn't do badly with 45s, and some of the older BMWs with even lower profiles than that. But that is not the only issue with wagon-wheels and rubber-band tires. You generally lose some pothole/impact protection, it lowers the stance of the car over speed-bumps, ramps, etc....causing underbelly and air-dam scrapes, makes the tires more expensive to replace, and can cause added suspension/steering-system wear by transmitting more road-impacts through to them. Given a choice, I'll pass.
The ride height is plenty adequate to traverse speed-bumps and ramps without damage.
It looks even more hideous than that POS accord crosstour that they tried selling years ago. Just an all around awkward looking vehicle. Rear is too busy with too many shapes going in every which direction and front just looks like dog doodoo.

I suspect Honda [and just about everyone else including the 2018-24 Camry for that matter] was trying to ape the four door coupe look of the Lexus 3GS and Benz CLS, but failed miserably...
I still think the 1st gen CLS is one of Mercedes better designs. 12-13 years later designers are still copying this shape, like this new Accord. Its not a practical shape, but if its done right(like Benz has done with both the 1st and 2nd gen CLS), it is a striking car. Or it can look like crap if done wrong like this new Accord.
