Congratulations on your new ride and welcome!

I’m sure it’s not the cause of your problem but I noticed your nav screen is zoomed in all the way. Try pressing the - button a few times to zoom out and see what happens. I keep mine on about 700 for good measure, the closer the zoom, the less info you see.

Tried that and zoomed out but gps isn’t showing correct location. I will remove the radio tomorrow and look behind it to see if the antenna is not plugged in.

A lot of guys here who have had the airbag recall done have gotten their car back from the dealership with the GPS antennae/cable disconnected?? Like it was jogged loose when they did the recall.... Maybe this is what happened before you bought the car if they (dealership/private owner) did the recall before they sold it?

Car had the airbag recall done 5K miles ago it showed it
on the carfax report so that has to be the reason why it’s not working but I will find out tomorrow.

Pulled the Radio out this morning and viola gps antenna was unplugged and sitting inside the air conditioning vent. Plugged the cable into the radio and now GPS is working perfectly. Cheers!!!

Nice!

Always good when it’s an easy fix.

Has the car had the airbag recall work done? Just trying to establish why the GPS antenna would have been unplugged.....??

Main thing is you got it sorted.
