Received the letter last week. Dealer will replace tomorrow.
I am a little concerned that I might be their first replacement. Probably should have waited.
Yah! Take it in on an empty tank, they may fill it up as a curtesy.

Took my 2008 IS250 for check engine light, they ended up rebuilding the whole engine under an enchantment program and refilled the gas as well. No one can beat customer service when t comes to Lexus. Been to many dealers and Bmw is the worst.

Had my recall repaired last week. No issues.
Currently, a Zone B vehicle (since 2013). But, was purchased in Zone A (2011).
Dealer provided a loaner, cleaned the car inside & out. They also filled the gas tank, which is Lexus protocol for recalled vehicles (thanks to bbqsoup for mentioning this in a previous post).
I brought it in on that Friday, it was ready Monday, and I picked it up Tues morning. Drove a Lexus ES loaner for a couple few days, pretty nice. They topped off my tank Pretty painless!
EDIT: Emailed my dealer to find out if they have the parts to schedule a visit. Going to the cabin this weekend so I can get the tank plenty empty for a visit next week if need be :-)
I am gonna schedule an appointment now... looks like '12 parts are now available... this was posted today.
••• If you own a 2017 model you could always confirm if you are affected as well even if not showing up on the online recall sites. Remember all 460s up through these early '17s will be recalled for this. Formula for when your vehicle will be recalled is described earlier in thread.

Haha I got a letter last week that I should contact nearest Lexus dealer for the replacement parts to be installed but the dealer as usual said there’s a long line and they are not sure how long it’ll take for them to do it.

Appointment is for Thursday... I think it will be about 1/8th of tank by Thursday morning. Worst case.... Costco gets a little bit of my money if they fail to fill up
