Default Damage Rear Bumper (backed into a license plate smh)

Hey guys,

Just tonight.. I've backed my car into another cars front license plate.. smh. Can't believe this happened to me after so many years of careful driving.

Note, this is a 2017 Honda Civic (3 months old, SMH!).

Any advice of what approach I should take? My buddies that works at the dealerships says repaint whole bumper. But, maybe touch up would be enough to cover it fairly well?

Touch up paint isn't going to completely hide that, but at this point what do you have to lose? Try the touch of paint, and if it covers it to your satisfaction then you're done. If not, repainting the bumper isn't going to cost a lot more if you has some touch up paint on it.

Are you running a generator on your mobile rig? If so, you can use a water pump after your tank, before your pressure washer, to generate water pressure at the pressure washer water inlet. Then you won't need a pressure washer model that can draw in water from an unpressurized source.

Yeah just ordered OEM paint from the dealer.

Will just try to layer it little by little till it fills up, then clear coat it. And use a sealant to finish it off.

I mean it's just a Honda after all. Lol, good thing its not my lexus.

Touch up paint should be fine if you're not picky. It will look 10% better.

Full repaint if you're looking for perfect again which on a bumper at a good shop will be $500+ in most places.
