ask me how I know.
too bad most cars only come in dirt or asphalt colors. When it comes to colors, people like them like 1950s TVs.
Honda accord has a color almost, but not quite. The rest don't even offer.

Nice, but perhaps a little dark for maximum effect. BMW's Laguna Seca Blue was the blue that, to me, always stood out the most....a similar color (Mariner Blue) was used on early 90s Miatas.

Generally, strong colors don't do well in the used car market. That's why manufacturers tend to stick with the usual hues: white, black, silver, grey, maybe a few deep reds. Now if the first owner/lessor of a car likes those electric blues - it doesn't usually matter much because that person is shelling out the bucks and taking the depreciation hit.
Subaru also has its famous blues that were popular for a while too (including the famous blue/yellow of the WRC cars).

I love Yas Marina Blue on the current M3/4.
Estoril Blue is one of the greatest hues in automotive history.
Porsche's Miami Blue is great.
I cringe every time I see a sports car in a boring grey, silver, or white color.

There's plenty of electric blue schemes offered out there. Audi, Lexus, BMW, Subaru, Honda, Mini, Porsche, GM, Ford, Chrysler, and others all have something close. My favs have always been Audi's Aruba Blue and Lexus's Ultrasonic Blue.
