^^ Nice find that car is super clean. Who says patience does not pay off? lol. Yes, change the wheels and lower it a bit will set it off nice. Enjoy your ride!!!

After that snow we got through the weekend and then totally clear skies I had to make a stop and take some pictures!

Thanks!
Yeah Virginia is one of those states that requires that. I would have been more annoyed about it if these cars didn't have an obvious location for a plate molded into the front bumper. They look sort of incomplete otherwise. Luckily for pretty much everyone else it seems like most of the time the police don't give you grief about front plates unless you're already making a spectacle of yourself.

Default My money pit..

Always wanted a clean LS. Finally found one to build. 267k on the clock and she finally
dropped compression in a cylinder.
engine is out with a lower mileage one ready to install. Coilovers and new 18s and tires on the way.
The car still drove great- just had a miss at idle. Should have the new assembly in this weekend. Going to replace
the ac compressor and power steering while it’s out. Plan to put slotted and drilled rotors on it and paint calipers red.
Just wanted to build a nice grocery-getter. Think she has potential??

Aren't those wheels the mark of a 5th Anniversary Edition? Is it a 1994? The paint color looks different enough from Diamond White, at least in that light. If so that's a pretty cool find. There's a thread about those if you search, it seems like they're relatively unknown.

Yeah, the 5th Anniversary Edition was apparently limited to 1800 and available in Opal White, which was never offered any other time. Those wheels are also unique to that edition.

New member here. Just purchased this baby on Craigslist a couple days ago. LS400 with 99k miles for $3200. Looking forward to making some tasteful mods like many of you have done to yours!

Here's my recently acquired cream puff 2000 Lexus LS400 w/ only 49K miles. The interior still smell brand new. It's hard to believe it's 17 going on 18 years old. I also have a 97 Lexus LS400. I fell in love & bought it when it was a year old. I still have it to this day & also in great shape. These cars are timepieces & truly world class automobiles.
