About same HP and torque as my Beast, although mine's not quite so iconic... think I can get $50K just for lowering???
Beautiful job Ford!!!

reading comments seems barret jackson auction is about charity, not the cars really...
Last night they also auctioned off a car made out of a cedar log for $175k. The buyer immediately donated it back and it was auctioned off for $100k. That guy donated it back and it was auctioned off for $75k. All this for an old log that tops out at 46 miles per hour.

Regardless of where the money ends up (sometimes for charity and sometimes not), First-Off-The-Line special-edition models like this often bring a huge price. If they aren't actually sold, they go into the manufacturer's auto museum.

Are these special badged cars as historically significant as its true predecessors? Other than the badge, what has the car that the badge attached to accomplished? I dont know the history of the Bullitt name, but I'm sure at that time, that car did something special that is memorable. But to put that badge on the current car seems...I dont know, irrelevant and not worthy of a museum enshrinement. I understand the charity part and am all for it.
