Default Disconnected cord?

Hey there! I have a 99 lexus es300 and i've been having misfire problems, and I found a cord, It is disconnected, under the intake manifold and feels like it shares a main cord with the ignition coils, I have a picture here. I assume it has something to do with the timing belt or something? If I could get help that would be appreciated.

Have you tried to reconnect it?

On my ES it looks to be connected behind the intake manifold near the #3 coil. Its partner should be right there because it does not appear to have long wires. Here's a picture taken from the passenger side.
