Thought there was another thread. Maybe someone can move my post. Looks like the gamble for Lexus will pay off with the cars in the Black Panther movie. The film is tacking sensationally and upwards to 10 million people might see the Lexus models in the movie this weekend. There is a potential of 100 million views worldwide if this movie is as big as it could be when the movie finishes its run Well done Lexus!!!
Are you talking about the NBA's Michael Jordan? He might have an NSX now, but, I remember, when he was here in D.C. coaching the Wizards, he had a dark green Mercedes SL convertible...a real class of a car.
So looks like the Lexus product placement was a home run for Lexus. In 10 days, Black Panther has gross $704 million worldwide. That is about 80 million people seeing the Lexus cars in the movie. The film is now tracking to become one of the highest grossing movies of all time.
