I have a car that is 30 years old the washer has never been replaced. Many times the plug has been removed. It uses the exact same part as the ES.

I agree with this. Never changed the washer, no leaks.

I bought 12 qt of oil, and will try to use it all in a single day.

How much time it takes for the gasket to get filled with old oil once I did the first cycle of drain and fill?
I mean, when I pour new oil, where does it go, into the gasket or somewhere in the system?

Why don't you do the "poor man's ATF flush" using the ATF cooler lines? I have done the same with Valvoline Maxlife ATF on both my 2004 ES330 and 2005 Sienna CE (the same engines and transmissions), no problem at all shifting. The cooler line flush will replace almost 100% of your fluid.

Any link to video or instructions how to do this?

I didn't use a pump to add ATF like he did in the video, instead, I let the car pump about 2 qt of ATF out then shut off engine, add 2 qt of Maxlife from dipstick tube, then pump another 2 qt out...

In your picture, ATF flows into radiator through the longer tube (at lower portion of the picture) and flows out of the short stub that comes straight out of the radiator (top portion of the picture), in my ES330, the stubby outlet (return ATF line) is on the driver side, and the longer tube (supply line) is on the right side of the stubby one.

I disconnected the hose from the short stubby nipple on the radiator and fit a 3/8" vinyl tubing over the radiator port (leave the other hose intact), leaving the return hose loose hanging. When the engine is turned on, ATF will flow from reservoir to the radiator through the un-touched hose and flow out of the stubby nipple connected with the vinyl tubing, catch it with a bucket with volume markings.

that youtube video is showing you that he disconnected the supply line because he was using a pump to add ATF. My plan is slightly different from his.

I managed it. Thanks a lot!!!
The only thing is I am not aware in what shape the filter is.
Eventually, I’ll take it to mechanic for a filter replacement. It is now at 169k miles, maybe at 200k.
I also changed the engine oil.
This was my first attempt to do something on my car apart from replacing bulbs. No way I’d be able to do it 20 years ago and no internet.

Good on you for getting your AT some TLC. Too often neglected.

A reasonable plan after a full flush is to then just do a drain/fill every 25k miles or so. You can drain the pan, or you can also use a hand pump and suction it out the fill tube. I did that on my last one and it was a bit easier than lifting the car and draining it I think.

Now that you have done the AT, don't forget the PS system. The pump on these is annoying to change. Drain the reservoir and refill with TIV, DexIII, etc. whenever you change the AT fluid. If you want to do a whole flush, here's how to:

Strongly recommend that you check the 3 engine/transmission lower mounts and the 1 "dog bone" top torque mount, the dog bone should be totally torn apart by 169K if you've never replaced it.

Thank you very much for the advice. Is there a pic of it?
Is this something I could replace or it requires advanced skills?
I know the one next to power steering oil was replaced. Let me actually google it first, and I’ll come back with questions.

VERY easy, 2 bolts, 5-10 minutes, 46 ft.lb torque. It's the one next to the PS reservoir and passenger side strut tower.
