There is a little confusion with these, but I know some of you might already know this:

Halogens themselves can't effectively emit shorter colored wave lengths like blue effectively for visibility in headlamps. This has to due with burning tungsten, its' kelvins or light color temperature in wave lengths. They can however give off shorter waves in yellow foglight bulbs, or smaller mini bulbs can be coated in red, etc.

Most brands tint them blue in the higher end halogen bulbs, and use different grades of tungsten that burn hotter. While this blue tint is on there, the light emitted isn't blue. It is simply a filter to block out any potential yellow light coming from the bulbs. The result is more of a true white color with out yellow in it.

In other words, blue tinted car halogens are not blue light, just less yellow and more white. You'll see this in Sylvania Ultras or Xenons for example. You can buy these very reasonably priced on Amazon, or Ebay. I can't really speak for other brands other than these or the Phillips brand, which are great too.

Only using HID kits or LEDs can give you different desired bright colors.

You can find them overpriced in the ricer sec, I mean 'performance' section of autozone. But ebay would be your best bet for the cheapest priced.

What lights are you referring to, the low beams? high beams? day time running lights? fog lights?

Low beams(D2R)-if they're HID then go with anything above 6000k, I would think yours has HIDs

High beams(HB3)-the closest thing you'll get is pure white with the blue colored bulbs

Day time running lights(HB3)-you're gonna need a LED kit for daytime running lights but then you'll lose high beams

Fog lights(HB4)-you can use those blue colored bulbs and get pure white like the high beams but you'll need to get rid of the yellow capsules

Pretty hard to match LEDs to halogen or HID lights. Especially with cheapo eBay stuff where the actual LED chips are not consistent colour bulb to bulb.

Just head down to your local Pep Boys or Autozone or whatever and grab some blue tinted bulbs. An employee there can show you which ones fit your car. They'll have #194 LEDs for the city lights as well, I'm sure.
