I just installed tanabe df210 springs on my 96 ls400, but instead of lowering the 1.8/1.5 it should have, it's only dropped about 3/4 of an inch all the way around. Anybody have experience with these, or know what the issue is? Do they just need to settle? Thanks!
I didn't measure my drop but it looks like more than 3/4". The rear OEM springs were already sagging alot so most of the change was up front. I have not noticed any settling over time but I'm satisfied with where it's at.
Did you cut the bump stops down enough?
Do you have springy shocks that might be pushing it up?

The bump stops were cut plenty, and I don't have new shocks either. For me the rear seems to have dropped more than the front. I can't really tell that the front is lowered to be honest, and I wouldn't have even known if I didn't measure.
This is aggravating. The stock springs wouldn't even fit in the box that the tanabes came in because they were too long, so clearly they're lower springs. Were you on stock shocks/struts when you had yours?

Brand new KYB in rear and slightly used KYB in front.
