Plates are on. I actually stopped at Autozone and what do you know, they have the Weathertech frames. I snagged 2 and used them. They are a really nice setup. Thanks again for the referral.

Took them long enough but I just got a call from the local tax office to let me know mine were there. Will have my wife or daughter swing by tomorrow to pick the up.

Love it!

7 letter personalized = money, but worth it!

Be sure to have them take the registration sticker for your current plates so that they can have the new plates transferred to your car right then and there!

Wife got registration paperwork from the glove box along with the insurance card, from talking with the tax assessor's office there's no need to remove the sticker until you have the new one.

Take your insurance card and registration receipt
Pay a small fee for a new registration sticker (the sticker must display your current plate number)
Link the new plates to your vehicle

Not sure that's right but may be wrong.. The regsitration sticker has your plate number on it. They need to match. I had to bring in my insurance and my sticker from my window for my old plates and they gave me my new plates with a new sticker. The date I don't think changed on it but I could be wrong.

The registration receipt has the plate number as it had the window sticker on it.

Then you are good. I mis-read. They wouldn't release anything to me unless u got rid of the old sticker so that makes sense now.

Aye that is how they've done it every single time in the past, they don't want the old sticker to be put onto another car illegally.

Daughter said they didn't need the sticker, just the receipt from when it was plates when issued. She couldn't get the plates because it wasn't going on her car and she didn't have a permission letter from me.to pick up the plates.
