Default Two-piece front brake rotor options

Hi All,
Im aware of the RR-Racing and RB (Figs) options for front two-piece front brake rotors, are there any other options out there? (Ive checked with StopTech as well, they dont have anything for the IS-F)
Thanks,

Can always check with girodisc. I believe all they would need is a stock rotor. They are local to me, could always supply them with my car if need be.

FFM, are you Seattle area?

I am also interested. Less rotational weight = moar power.
But lots moar $$ too.

I know RR-Racing racing is going to be offering rear GiroDisc rotors for the IS-F, and front and rear for the RC-F, but I don't think they have plans for front IS-F GiroDiscs

Guys, we are exclusive with Girodisc on the ISF/RCF lineup. We use our own floating 2 piece rotors front, and Girodisc ISF/RCF rears. They both use gray anodized hats and slotted rotors, so they match well. Our new 2 piece rear rotors weigh 17.3lbs, and save about 5.5lbs per rotor.

Here is a picture of our new rear rotor, ordering info will be up by end of week, and orders will ship in 2 weeks:

Looks good Rafi.

Any chance of a package deal? Maybe front and rear slotted rotors, with pads and titanium shims?

Be nice if its possible?

Cheers.

The reduction of unsprung weight is pretty big advantage when trying to achieve a more nimble car. Aside from reducing rotational mass which will make the car "feel" quicker.

As for braking you reduce heat transfer with a two piece rotor. They are also sexy as hell lol.

No. Reduced rotational mass actually makes the car quicker. Physics 101.

The primary advantage of the 2 piece "floating rotor" design is that it allows for the rotor to expand independently of the hat, improving brake feel and effectiveness by reducing pad wear and "knock back" under extreme usage.

I put "feel" in quotations because reducing the mass of the rotors isn't going to be a life altering amount but will have some change in the responsiveness of the vehicle.
