I had a similar wheel setup as you, but ended up selling my 20in wheels and going with 18in Niche Misano instead. I was rubbing like crazy and the ride quality was a nightmare. You will also require fender work because 10.5 in the rear is too wide for the 3IS.
I recommend you go with RSR Half Down instead of RSR Down Springs. There was a member on CL that had RSR Down Springs with 20x10.5 in the rear and it damaged his fender. If you run 255/30R20 in the rear it will slightly prevent rubbing, but your tires will be super stretched so chances of you damaging your wheels is very high. That's why the biggest wheel for the 3IS is 19inch and no wider than 9.5 in the rear. Your wheels are nice though don't get me wrong, it's just they designed the 3IS a little smaller.
Here's what I would run for 20 inch wheels.
225/30R20 - Front
255/30R20 - Rear

I know some tires run wider or narrow even with the same tire size.

My local custom wheel shop uses only Toyo tires on their customer's cars. I know Michelin tires is usually wider than other brands. You can check tire specs on TireRack to make sure.

Appreciate the Compliment Bazis... That IE meet wasn't too bad... I couldn't stay because I still had to ride out to the Desert, but if your Local in OC I'm pretty sure I'll see you at these meets around town. There is always Otaku Thursdays
