Default Rear seat belt guide removal?

Anybody know how the rear seat belt guide can be removed from the top of the seat? I'm trying to fit a one piece bench seat cover on. In order to do so, they must be removed so I can wrap the corners of the cover around the seat back, then re-install through the seat cover. BTW, not crazy about covering the natural beauty of the interior, but just had 3rd child so things are about to get crazy back there!

Use a screwdriver to unlatch the seat-belt guide and slide the seat-belt out of it (see picture below)

Once the seat-belt is removed, you will see the 2 screws that attach the seat-belt guide to the top of the seat (see picture below):
