How does the top and side portions of wheel thickness compare to stock? I am interested for a leather top and side wheel (carbon bottom) but I want something substantially thicker than my stock wheel at the top and sides.

its substantially thicker, you should even be able to see that in the pictures.

i would like to join the Group buy Rafi if its still available. and like everyone else in this thread is asking. any chance in having the F-Logo inset at the bottom. i would like. Silver carbon up top. wheel controls in Silver CF as well, Red bottom Alcantara with F logo, black sides and red stitching.
Also Rafi if you're up for the challenge. i was thinking if you can make me a custom Red dimpled leather shift **** with silver CF center. with an F-logo on top.

That sucks that the inset for the F logo can't be made. Can you PM me a price for the group buy? Just curious to see what the price difference is from other vendors with the F logo and if it's worth it to forgo the F emblem.
