I just read it directly off the sticker of a 17 is300 f sport today!! Google it. It's now included!! So annoying tho This was the car. It was listed as avsp. Not just the drive mode selector like my 2016 has.

I'd confirm with the dealer if that is true as the website doesn't have that. It's easy to test though. If the car has a Sport+ mode, then it probably has AVS. If it doesn't, the dealer sticker is wrong.

Everything I read says the AVS is exclusive to the 350.

There was no sports+ mode. I'm assuming it's implemented in the same fashion as the rc300. It lists on the build feature. But where ever it says sports+ it lists is350 only. I'm assuming its just adaptive. Screen shot below

Im pretty sure the IS300 f sport doesn't come with AVS especially without the Sport+ mode. The dealer sticker is wrong 4 Sho

There's about a 1 in 150,000 chance of getting a misprinted Maroney Sticker. Ive been in the auto business for years and havnt seen one. Do you not see manufacturers build screen shot above??? The RC300 has the AVS and it doesn't have a sports plus option. Google it

After I test drove an IS 300 F Sport, the sales manager asked me if I got to try Sport+ mode. During the drive I asked about the variable suspension and steering, and the salesman who was working with me said it didn't have it, but that it did have variable steering (obviously not).

Im lost lol.. Asking salesman engineering questions isn't always the best idea, Especially if they haven't been selling their product for a while. Even when I was learning the product I sell now. There was a certain amount of improv involved. Your always told to make the Window sticker your best friend. If you get a new salesman away from that window sticker it could be risky lol.

Good news is, I was able to just look it up on the Monroney. Besides, VGRS/AVS wasn't a deal breaker for me. Only reason I even asked about it was my lack of reading comprehension when looking at the brochure.
I was just trying to underscore that there is a bit of confusion about this even among people who should know.

I think you should test drive it to make sure it has it. That is the only way to really tell

You can look under the hood to see if it has AVS. If it does, it'll have this black box.

Sitting in the dealer lot right now. Same car was here and the sticker DOES SAY it has it. So I found another and took a picture of that window sticker too! See attached!

Sorry for taking so long. You can see the difference in Caviar vs black in the sun light. Honestly, my IS looks more black when it's not sitting next to my Supra.
