5 Lexus Factory Colors Always in Style

One color I can't stand: Nebula Grey. Just a soul-sucking, depressing color. I could've gotten my current car for $2K less had I been willing to get that color, but I knew I couldn't live with it. Smokey Granite Mica was a tolerable shade of grey, I don't know why they discontinued it.

I like my nebula grey just fine, I would prefer the atomic silver though.
I like nebula better on the LS than on the cars with less chrome.

I liked the Nebula Gray on my RX. When clean and polished, it has a nice depth.

I originally ordered my '13 GS in Nebula Gray and would have been perfectly happy with it, but the dealer screwed up and I got Liquid Platinum. Turned out I was even happier with that. I had an '06 SC430 in Smokey Granite Mica and was happy when Lexus went to Nebula Gray. The SMG is very dark and (IMO) dull, but judging by Audi's Manhattan Gray, dark grays without much flake are making a comeback.

IMHO the best gray color they've had is Flint Mica

Maybe this gets back to some of the comments you made earlier about green Lexus paint jobs......but that particular color, Flint Mica, in that shot (maybe just from the camera-angle and light conditions) actually looks like a dark Forest Green or greenish-gray. Sunlight and sun-angle can make a huge difference in the way some colors look.

Flint Mica has a lot of dynamic shades in it, a little blue, a little green...that's part of why it's so interesting.
