I have a navigation with radio unit for sale. I will also include the center vent and a harness to hook up to your non-nav harness. Having it will make it plug and play. Unit in excellent condition. Nav screen has no scratches. I'm also willing to part if necessary. The price for everything is $650 shipped.
If you want the backup camera and mic I can provide but you'll need to add the wires to the harness in order to make the connection.
There's a DIY here on doing the install. Putting in this unit should not take more than 30 minutes.
Will also consider a trade with cash on my side for '12 headlights or fsport exhaust.

this model is for 2006-08. Changed the styling and the harness ( I think) in '09 and the dash had a slightly different center vent. I'd do the research how to install.
I'm near D.C. You need the center air vent from an '09+. I've attached a pic from the dash harness from a non-Nav 14 pin connector. If you're close enough we can meet and see if it connects. The harness I built connects from the unit to the dash harness
