Its plastidip, its a removal paint that was done on the ES. It started off with the cans, but this company made it popular to do whole cars with gallons with different pearls. Its the company who supplies and puts out alot of videos for DIY. As a example...
There are higher end products like autoflex which is peelable and looks like paint.

 

I didn't do it. I had someone else do it. He took the lense off, disassembled it, painted the inside and then reassembled everything. I'm really happy with how they turned out.

Love the headlights! First time I've seen this done on the GS. May I ask what kind are those side skirts and rear roof spoiler?

 

The wife and I took the day off so I took my 2015 GS350 F-Sport out to the movies, Fate of the Furious. Watching those movies makes you want to go out and drive aggressively thereafter. I didn't though, because I treat mine with the upmost respect! Filled up the gas tank for the third time since purchasing it, early January 2017.

The front lip and side skirts are Lexon Exclusive. The roof spoiler I have no idea. I work at a Lexus dealer and we got a car from the auction with it on it. Since they like the Certified used cars to be completely stock, it was removed and I got it.

 

Test fit my new carbon fiber spoiler!!! Too rainy and cold to install today but have pics from just sitting it on the trunk. SN - the two dots on my trunk are plugs for the holes from my lux spoiler - temporary.
