So, today I went by the body shop to see how things were going with the car, every thing looked good and body work looked amazing. Dents and dings are gone, but damn houston! We have a problem. My exhaust is keeping us from properly fitting the rear bumper. I might have to take the car to an exhaust shop and have them custom fabricate the exhausts tip so it can a "slant" to make it sit lower. Not sure if you guys know what I mean. Lol. But anyways, heres some pictures.
hood and front bumper is gapped because hood isnt closed all the way..

Looks great. I agree you should do something with the exhaust. You could get hidden turn down tips if you don't want to cut the bumper. I'm really picky about rear bumpers and I very much prefer yours over the version select I just got. Oh well, good parts just don't seem to pop up as often. You mind sharing how much your paint job was? I'm just wondering because I will need a complete job done soon.

Looks great although I agree that the exhaust is throwing off the rear for me too. I think they'd flow a lot better if they were cut into the bumper a bit like you're considering or the tips eliminated altogether. On second thought I can't see cutting the bumper with the bar running across it so close to the bottom. The bumper is really clean as is. Overall nice work!!

Don't even think about cutting that pretty *** bumper for exhaust fitment. Turn down or bust, IMHO. If you need to cut the underside of the rear for clearance, do that, of course. However, I think the turn down is the only way to go. That car would look clean as hell without the exhaust sticking out and running them through the rear bumper is played out and not for the GS, imho. Clean! Love it.

Thanks for everyones input! Im really considering doing the turn down pipes hidden behind the bumper. I do agree, it will look cleaner and cutting the bumper up will probably make it look raggity...im going to the exhaust shop this tuesday to get the work done. I might put these quads for sell and just use my old exhaust and have them do a turn down tips. Which sucks because i love the sound of these new exhaust. Ah man lol..
