TPMS not in sync with standard tire pressure gauge?

I had to deflate my tires today due to increased pressures with the summer heat. I took them down to 32psi after I checked them with a non digital tire gauge. After I finished I turned on my car to check the TPMS and I saw that they were showing 30psi. I then rechecked with the tire pressure gauge and it read 32psi. Therefore which one is accurate? Do I need to reinflate my tires a bit or would I just need to drive my car to let the TPMS officially recalculate? I went into settings and resettled it as well. I haven't driven my car yet, just washed and it's been sitting in the garage.
ps. What is a good non expensive digital tire gauge you all recommend? Or should I go with a non digital one?
thanks

My TPMS readouts are extremely accurate. I use a digital air pressure gauge to compare the TPMS readouts that I know is accurate because it compares exactly with a known 'lab calibrated' gauge.
