Question Bumper Sensor Question?! PLEASE HELP!!

So I bought a 2016 Lexus IS200t Base from the auction recently. Not much damage. Missing front and rear bumper. I figured out that there should be sensors in the front bumper but my question is: Are there sensors on the rear bumper as well? I see no place for a connector for the long wire of sensors so I'm so confused!! Does anyone own a Lexus that has front sensors but no rear sensors? Please help!!

What do you assume the front sensors are for?
I'm not aware that model has front parking assist sensors...at least not factory...and neither does the rear. Of course I'm in the Canadian market, so we don't get all the models and options you guys do.

The odd thing is that there was a place where you can connect the wire of sensors for the front but nothing in the back. If I do put these sensors on will check engine light still show?

Does your car have the Park Assist button on your dash close to where your left knee would be? If yes, then you have front and rear sensors.

If not, then your car wasn't equipped with any sensors and it will be much more difficult to install.

Luxury package model in U.S comes with front and rear sensors. Memory seats are also available.

No it does not have the button that is circled. But instead in the front left theres a harness that doesn't belong to either the headlight, daytime light, or fog light. Only thing that harness fits is the front sensor wire. So maybe this car has front sensors but no rear sensor....

How do you know that's the front sensor harness? Does the harness have any power? Maybe it's pre-wired at the factory, but not fully installed with fuse or sensors. It would be weird if Lexus pre-wired every IS with park assist though, especially only in the front.

I'm pretty sure you don't have front sensors if there's no switch.

Definitely not a parking sensor plug, it has too many wires. Also, the IS has 4 front sensors and 4 rear sensors, so you should have two more in the middle if they were parking sensor wires. You would have the button as well. Mine has the parking sensor option and has the button.

You'll probably have to look at the factory wiring manual to figure out what those are. Maybe front impact sensors?

Perhaps we all missed the part about this being a "base" model...so there's definitely no way this vehicle has parking assist sensors. I just noticed the rims in the pic above, definitely looks like a base model.
My final guess is that the connector is for nothing...at least nothing the vehicle is equipped with.

Ok say there's no power in the harness. But I already connect the front sensors and everything. Will that be a problem or will I have to remove them??

It shouldn't be a problem. If the vehicle wasn't built with that option, but the harness was pre-wired, then there should be no fuse for that circuit, so the sensors won't be powered up.
Effectively the circuit should be dead unless it shares a fuse with another circuit that the vehicle has in operation.
