I would imagine one could ask Lexus support
http://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/
Not sure if they would give to someone that isn't registered with VIN on website though

The premium also has Adaptive headlights and HID, which I think is worth the money. For $5k more you get a 3 years newer model (even though they are the same), which would definitely help when you sell or trade-in later and a cool headlight washer LOL. Maybe better interior too? Does base come come with semi aniline leather?

It looks like if you add Comfort Plus package to a base you will get the upgraded leather.

About the 2013, I test drove it first, the dealer let me have it for 2 or 3 hours, and I took it to a independent mechanic who let me in to the service area so I could also check it, we found the timing cover leak, both the mechanics who saw it recommended not to buy it. Apparently this vehicle is about to be put on a ship to middle east and they would let me have it if I buy it at that price.
I also test drove the 2010, it actually drove better than 2013, engine was more responsive, interior was in cleaner condition, and had excellent service record with 10k old tires. The bumper was not cracked but had couple of 4 inch scratches, which is getting fixed, other minor issue was one of the rear parking sensor is missing or fell inside the bumper, I negotiated the price for fixing it myself and skipping the final delivery service, which I checked myself after they put on the lift for me.
I have put the deposit down on 2010. 2013 sounded very good on paper, but for me personally, after looking at service histories of over 40 GX470's and GX460's, 2013 wasn't worth the trouble and the 5 to 6k extra.
Also learned something today, even a major lexus dealer, won't note down major issues in official notes as part of 90k or 100k service, either deliberately or sheer ignorance which I find hard to believe. So my advise is don't completely trust lexus vehicle service histories, check the vehicle yourself personally to verify it reflects what report says.

I hear ya.... I greased all the zerks last month and dealer record shows that at 30k miles they performed this for previous owner. These were factory virgin fittings that had never been touched since delivery. I would have to think the claimed brake fluid replacement is probably true though as that does look very clear.

It appears "Color-keyed bodyside molding with chrome accent" was added to all models in 2012 while only on Premium models for '10 & '11.

Some may have added the trim pieces to 10/11 as well.
Older thread of someone putting it on.

Here is a base example.
Then with trim:
and then the chrome accent version in 2012
