As you can see on the wiring diagram, the LS430 audio system consists of 3 major pieces: 1) Radio and Player, 2) Stereo Component Tuner, and 3) Stereo Component Amplifier.
Automotive audio systems generally come with 2 power sources - one is constant 12VDC (always on), and the other is ACC (switched by the ignition). In the case of LS430:
1) Radio and Player has one of each of the 2 power sources. Refer to the wiring diagram, the switched power (ACC) is on connector R2, pin #11, color is grey. The always-on power (+B) is on connector R2, pin #1, color is light blue with yellow stripe. The ground wire is on connector R2, pin #20, color is brown.
2) The Stereo Component Turner has one of each of the 2 power sources. Refer to the wiring diagram, the switched power (ACC) is on connector S31, pin #14, color is grey. The always-on power (B) is on connector S31, pin #1, color is light blue with yellow stripe. The ground wire is on connector S31, pin #25, color is white with black stripe.
3) The Stereo Component Amplifier has two always-on and one ACC power sources. Refer to the wiring diagram, the switched power (ACC) is on connector S29, pin #20, color is grey. The first always-on power (+B) is on connector S30, pin #7, color is light blue with red stripe. The second always-on power (+B2) is on connector S30, pin #16, color is light blue with red stripe. The first ground wire (E) is on connector S30, pin #12, color is white with black stripe. The second ground wire (GND) is on connector S30, pin #13, color is white with black stripe.
The antenna cable from the rear window is connected to the Stereo Component Tuner (but it is not shown on the wiring diagram). Physical locations of the three audio components are depicted below...
