I'm getting a 2015 GS today from a non-Lexus dealer, but they only have one key fob. Is the Lexus dealer my only option for getting a 2nd one? Looks like $210 +30 for the blade + $60 programming, so $300 for a keyfob. Seeing if there are other alternatives.

Pop it open and look at the lettering on the circuit board. You can find used on ebay for half or less, just need to make sure the lettering matches.

I called a local lock smith and found one that could do it guaranteed for 250. Better then what the dealer was charging. I did have to wait like 15 minutes for the ECU to reset. Just make to bring all your existing keys with you. So far so good.

It literally only takes 30 seconds to program a new key and it works immediately.
I paid $16.79 for the cord with software on eBay and $65 for a used key in perfect condition on eBay. Can't beat that price. I saw no need to cut the physical key on the new fob, as long as it starts the car and all the buttons work.

You can also delete the other key the previous owner may still have, so it doesn't start the car.
