Default 17 inch alloys on GS450h.

Will 17 inch wheels fit on my 2012 GS450h? It currently has 235/45 r18 wheels and tyres and I am hoping I can fit smaller wheels, higher profile tyres and soften the ride. Thank you.

Non-upgraded wheel packages of the 4th generation GS and standard wheels on the 2016+ GS turbo are 17's with a size of 235/50/17. You should be able to fit 17's without a problem. I don't believe there is any difference in brake sizes between the hybrid and non-hybrid. Only the RWD F-Sport models have bigger brakes...

See the attached document from Lexus for all OEM wheels specifications for the 4GS, including the 17 inch ones.

Thanks for the document. Any way to find the part numbers?

The 19" noise reduction wheels would be awsome, but I guess going from 18 to 19" rims you would sacrifce ride quality for some noise reduction.

It wouldn't be difficult to find the part numbers from a Lexus dealership parts store. Some forum member might have an easier idea to get that info.

I am also interested in the 19" noise reduction rim. Do these rims reduce the noise enough for the driver to perceive the difference in comparison to other rims (but same tires)? I have been trying to find that for some time but no luck.

I believe these are the wheel Part Numbers:

2016+
17" 9-Spoke: 42611-30E60
18" Five Spoke: 42611-30D60
19" Luxury Pkg : 42611-30D80
19" F-Sport Pkg: 42611-30E10
19" GS F Wheel: 42611-30F70

I believe this site has all the latest info: http://www.hubcaphaven.com/c/825/lex...eels_rims.html

Not sure why some of the OEM Lexus dealer/parts sites like MyLParts or House of Lexus don't have this information as handy.

The following 3 appear to match exactly with the 3 noise reduction wheels in the PDF, however I can't find any other document online that says any of these wheels have noise reduction technology. Even the brochure doesn't mention this.

42611-30D80 (Luxury)

42611-30E10 (F-Sport)

42611-30E20(F-Sport Rear)
