I recently purchased 2014 GS and now only thing i like about my Prius is MPG. With GS, even if i am going on 75 or 80 MPH i totally don't feel it. If i don't like the car in the next lane, just give some extra gas and zoom you go, excellent response. Going up and down the hill is so easy, just enable to sport mode. I also own 2001 LS 430, but i think GS feels much better in terms of handling. Do you guys compare your GS with other cars you own ?

I have a LS430 as well and the GS definately feels more sporty and handles better. The LS430 is a better luxury ride though, my LS rides better than most cars I've been in, and every passenger who gets in the car always comments at how amazingly comfortable it is. With some of the mods I've put on my car it feels better than some of the BMW's I've owned. I just added the tanabe strut bar and it really helped the way it feels in steering on my stock AWD suspension. I've been very happy with the car and it has plenty of power for me. Some people talk about that it needs more power but it honestly has quite a bit and it can go. Cars with 400+ HP can't even really be pushed on public roads without some serious risk for a expensive ticket.
When you compare a Apple with a slice of Orange? Oh you will notice the difference.
My main thing is my old car is a 4 cylinder vs a V6, 3.5L no less. Those is250 cant even compare.
Love the power, no effort in going 0-60 and when not paying attention, accidentally going 80+mph easily.
One thing I love, is no more ****ty cars over taking my lane on the freeway. and especially at a stop sign/light.
I also have a hybrid as my other car, a '17 Accord Touring hybrid. Nice car, ample power with much better entertainment/navigation interface than my GS. I'm averaging 48mpg combined. And oh, those LED headlights.......
You sir have a DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH! I'm still searching for one, and will have my cobra one day
Thanks. I bought it a couple of years ago. It had 2700 miles and was sitting in someone's garage in Washington State, BONE FREAKING STOCK!!! It even had the original, 2003 dated air filter and tires. I bought it, sight unseen. I mailed the guy a check and gave him my address and he shipping to car to New York.
It's perfect. It's a Mystichrome and sits in my garage too. It has 4700 miles now and have never seen anything but sunny days. It still smells like a new car and I don't let anyone touch it or work on it (it only needs oil changes anyway). I'm even under the car cleaning the undercarriage, LOL.
Our other cars are a 1998 4Runner and a 2013 Sienna minivan. Hard to compare them, they really have different purposes.
The GS is perfect for nice weather going to work where I park in a garage. The 4Runner is for Home Depot runs where I'm not too worried about getting the car dirty. The Sienna is comfortable for our family of 4 on a road trip.
