Gang

Lesson learned. I had a bunch of boxes I stacked up on the side of my gargage and they all tumbled

with one of the bigger boxes landing on my hood
And the result was a dented hood :0

This is the before picture ...2-3 dings on the hood

Now the good news.. got on the phone with a buddy who specializes in PDR . The dings were poped back out and the SC is now back to its original glory

The SC hood is aluminum and if you are not careful, dings can happen even when an empty box fall on the hood

Repair looks very good. I have had PDR done on all my cars for last 20 years. It is amazing what can be done by a good PDR guy and for very reasonable cost.

Gang

Be very careful with the hood
The SC's hood is aluminum and has many bracing
on the back side. I happen to know a friend who
was a Master PDR with 20 years of experience.

Most PDR who are not as experienced will have
A very tough time with aluminum not to mention
the SC hood. My guy had to also use a heat gun to
Warm the Aluminum to get it back into shape.

keep boxes away from your SC

Wow! Glad you had such great results. Thanks for the great info about the hood and PDR and oh yes - the boxes! I have some near my car as well ((shudder!!)).
